The Nomination and Compensation Committee is responsible for reviewing information related to the employment of Directors, executive management and general employees, and presenting recommendations to the Board regarding compensation.

More specifically the Committee is responsible for outlining the qualifications required for Directors and executive management and for considering proposals of candidates for Directors and executive management. In addition to recommending remuneration packages the Committee also outlines targets and evaluation criteria to ensure that remuneration matches the long-term interests of the shareholders and the goals of the Company.
